J Dilla Street

The city of Detroit honored J Dilla with a street at the intersection of E. Nevada and Charest St. in Detroit's Conant Gardens neighborhood, where Dilla grew up. In conjunction with the street naming, Detroit officials declared his birthday February 7th as Dilla Day.
